Dr Jacinta Poulton
I graduated from RMIT in 1989 and I've been practising in Templestowe since 2011. In that time I've worked with thousands of patients — weekend runners, office workers, tradies, retirees. What I've learned is that most musculoskeletal problems have a mechanical cause that, when addressed properly, responds well to conservative care.
I co-manage complex cases with GPs, physios and specialists when needed, and I place a lot of emphasis on patient education — because people who understand what's going on with their body make much better decisions about their care.
